Our Customer Service hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (AEST), excluding public holidays.
Due to volume of enquiries, we may take up to 2 business days to respond to your question.
Please note, messages sent with your order and not through the eBay Message Center may take up to 48 hours to be acknowledged.

- Products are seconds & sold in as is condition. See FAQ page for details.
- Our listings are fixed price and non-negotiable.
- We offer FREE shipping to Australian addresses only via TOLL. We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
- Our products have been QA checked & have a 12 month manufacturer's warranty. No extended warranties are offered.
- Minor accessories may be missing but products are fully functional.
- We cannot advise on future stock. All currently available products are listed on our eBay store. Check back frequently, as inventory changes often.
