If item is dead on arrival,damaged, faulty or wrong item was sent to you, we're able to offer replacement and arrange return shipping for you.
If you no longer require it or would like to return it within 14 days you purchased, we may offer a refund minus a restocking fee & postage costs (even if it was free shipping it still costs postage - please contact for this amount).
Item needs to be returned in as new, re-salable condition for us to consider a refund.
Return shipping is buyers responsibility in this case and we recommend you include your purchase details and use a trackable shipping method to avoid any items being lost.
