Q: How is it your items are so cheap? Are your products seconds?
A: The way we keep our costs so low is we directly import our products from the manufacturer, so there is no middle man or commissions to pay. We are also a family operated business with minimal overheads. This is how we pass all those savings onto you and keep our prices so low!
Q: Are you products tested to Australian Standards
A: Absolutely! Every one of our products is tested to meet strict Australian and International standards. In most cases we have our products tested independently at our own expense. We simply do not supply products which are unsafe or not approved. Every product has to meet our very own quality standards which you can rest assured is of the highest order
Q: is the paint used on your products safe for children?
A: You bet! In all cases this will come under the applicable standard for that product…BUT…this is one thing that we personally check with all our products which have any paint associated with them
Q: Can I pick up the item?
A: Unfortunately not.We distribute a large quantity of products so to minimize costs we use a third party warehousing and distributing company and they do not permit local pick ups.
Q: Can I call you?
A: Definitely. Simply phone 1800 55 44 76 and we will answer your call anytime. If for some reason we miss you, leave a short message with your name and contact details and we will return your call as soon as we can.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Our return policy is simple. If you have a problem with your product or your not 100% satisfied…simply return the product for a full refund or replacement. We do ask that the buyer pays for yreturn postage however. We aim to make all our products completely risk free for you.
Q: Do you combine postage and shipping?
A: We will combine postage where possible. Please contact us with your postcode and items interested in, so we can quote your new postage price based on weight.
Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: We will post your item within 2 business days of payment receipt. We will send you a confirmation email once your item has been posted to advise you of this. Please leave feedback once your order has arrived and we will then do the same for you. Items are delivered by Australia Post and exact delivery times depend on your location.
Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A: We will never charge you any additional money for shipping. The cost you will pay will be equal to our shipping and handling out of pocket expenses, Guaranteed! For actual costs, please refer to the shipping section of each individual listing.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, depending on the item, Some items we sell are extremely heavy and shipping prices may be expensive. Please contact us prior to bidding, if you are not 100% sure of your shipping costs.
Q: What if my item is damaged or lost?
A: We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost by Australia Post or the courier company, if you do not select Registered Post and or insurance. If these options are selected then of course we will refund or replace your item. International buyers must take insurance if available for your country at an extra cost.
