Shipping fee includes postage and handling fees (packaging,
materials & postal delivery fee to our local business
centre if sent via Australia Post). All Shipping prices are clearly shown in each
listing. We unfortunately do not offer pickup, no
exceptions.
We freight goods using Australia Post & Couriers (E-Go &
Fast Way) for larger bulky items. Table below gives an
indication of tracking & insurance cover. We highly
recommend using a service that provides insurance & tracking
as we will not be held liable for damaged or lost in transit
parcels.

Please note that once the item leaves our warehouse, we
do not have any control over transit times. Transit
times may fluctuate due to location, public holidays, postal
strikes & natural disasters. We ask that you please allow up
to 10 business days for delivery. In most cases it should be
delivered before this. We have also found that in some
cases, postal delivery drivers may not leave a card to
inform you of an attempted delivery and it may be left at
your local post office for collection.
International Air Mail: No tracking & No insurance cover is
available (Please allow anywhere from 7-25 business days
depending on location). If you require tracking please
