 Q: What can I do if I need more information?
  A: Please send me a message and I will try and answer your question. Most items have measurements provided in the description. I am happy to give additional measurements if needed.
 Q: Do you offer combined P&H discounts?
  A: Yes, absolutely! The cost will depend on the items size and weight. You can message me to get a quote before making your purchase. Please wait for a combined invoice before paying for a multiple item order. No discount is available for items with 'free postage' No discount is available after payment has been made.
 Q: Can I make an exchange?
  A: Yes, if I have the items in stock, you may return item for a straight swap. You will be responsible for all postage costs including the cost for me to send you the new item/s. A 14 day limit applies & items must be in the same condition as originally sent to you. Swimwear cannot be returned under any circumstances.
 Q: What happens if a mistake has been made in the listing?
  A: I am happy to fully refund all money paid (including return postage costs) if I have made an error with a listing or description once the item is returned to me. Contact via email should be made for a return address. Items must be returned unused & within 14 days of sale.

 Q: Do you combine postage?
  A: Yes. The cost will depend on the weights & sizes for all items & may not be cheaper due to the items weights & sizes. Please don't complete checkout until a combined invoice has been sent. Discounts are not available for items listed as 'free postage' or after payment has been made.
 Q: How much is the Postage and Handling Charge?
  A: All P&H charges are clearly listed at the top of each listing for Australia-wide delivery. Costs include all packaging and handling and are non-refundable for change of mind. Other services (ie express and registered post) are available upon request. Registered post is compulsory for all orders over $50.00
 Q: What payment methods do you accept?
  A: My preferred payment methods are bank deposit (ANZ bank), Australia Post money order or PayPal. I will also accept other forms of payment if you email me and get it ok'ed first, however personal cheques are never accepted, so please don't ask.
 Q: Can I wait until another item I am bidding on finishes before I pay?
  A: I am happy to wait 14 days for you to make any store item purchases that you want. All I ask is that you keep in regular contact with me so that I know you are still shopping. I will send an updated invoice after each purchase so that you always know your outstanding total.
 Q: When can I expect my item to arrive?
  A: All items are posted within 24 hours of receiving your payment. I will always send an email letting you know that your parcel has been posted. Please check your spam folder. Delivery then takes between 1 and 14 business (ie not weekends or public holidays), depending on how far it has to travel from Sydney.
