  • PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT SHIP ANY CHANEL ITEMS TO USA AND THE UK AND OBAJI ITEMS TO NORWAY AND THE UK DUE TO CUSTOMS RESTRICTIONS.YOUR PAYMENT WILL ONLY RESULT TO A REFUND SO PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE.
  • FREE Worldwide Shipping on all orders.
  • Payment is required immediately after committing to buying the item, we accept Paypal payments only.
  • International buyers – please note: Import duties, taxes, and charges aren’t included in the item price or postage cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. If you refuse a shipment from our store (e.g. you claim that it is not yours and let the courier send it back to the sender, or never collect the parcel from carrier company), you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package and the cost of return the package. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
  • Declaration Notices on parcels cannot be declared at a lower value. All orders will be declared at cost price.
  • Delivery Times: 6-10 days for major cities, 10-14 days for regional areas. For the deliveries outside of Australia will takes up to 21 working days to destination. These are working days and do not include weekends.
  • Electrical Goods Delivery Times:  For electrical goods, please allow up to 4 weeks for fulfilment in delivery.
  • TRACKING: All orders are traceable through Australia Post (or your local post agent) and signature is required on all deliveries.
  • RETURNS: We accept returns if your item is faulty or damaged (which is very rare), we do not accept returns based on change of mind. Any returns based on change of mind will led to 20% deduction fee when request a refund.
  • Fragrances & Perfume Returns: Fragrances are considered Hazardous Materials. Please select and order all fragrance products with care as we are unable to accept returns on Fragrances due to transportation restrictions. A courier can be arranged at the buyers expense for high priced fragrance returns.
  • CANCELATIONS: Unfortunately we cannot accept cancelations as orders are dispatched immediately. If you reject the parcel, 20% of the order will be deducted.
  • ORDER ISSUES or ANY CONCERNS: Please contact before leaving feedback or raising a dispute as we are here to assist you in any matter and it is our GOAL and intention that your have a wonderful online purchasing experience.
  • Please note that we are unable to ship items to the following countries: France, Germany, Italy & Monaco.
