Listed here are many of the common questions which are asked by our customers. If none of them address your specific issue, please send us a message through the eBay 'Ask A Question' message system, and we will quickly follow up with you to answer your query.
 
  • I'm not sure what my size is. What should I do?
Have a look at the sizing chart for the brand of boots you're interested in. There is a Size Chart in every item listing. Or follow the guide on our 'Size Charts' page on how to measure your feet correctly.
  • Is the sizing on the boots you sell UK Sizing or US Sizing?

All of the footwear we sell is AU/UK Sizing  -  NOT US SIZING.  If you know your US Size and not sure what size to order, you need to come back 'One Size'  -  For example a US Size 10 is the equivalent of a AU/UK Size 9. So you would order a Size 9 from us.

  • Do you provide receipts?
For Australian orders, a Tax Receipt will be included with your order delivery. For International orders, please contact us through the eBay message system and we will forward your Tax Receipt by email.
  • Is all of the footwear you sell new stock?
Yes it is. We are an authorised distributor of all the major Australian brands of work place footwear, and we also sell our own brands of work and casual footwear. All stock in warehouse is brand new.
  • Do you send all your footwear in original boxes?
All of the boots we sell to the Australian market are sent in the original boxes with the exception of several larger than average styles. However as a way of reducing shipping costs, we generally do not send boots in original boxes for orders originating from outside Australia.
  • If I don't live in Australia can I get my boots sent in the original box?
Yes you can. You need to let us know at the time of ordering that you wish that to occur. Please be advised that additional shipping costs may apply.
  • My size isn't showing as available for sale, can I still order it?
If your size isn't showing on the list, it is most likely because it is on back order with our suppliers. We will certainly take the order for your size and send you your boots as soon as our supply is replenished. Contact us before ordering and we should be able to give you up to date information as to the extent of the delay.
  • Can I pick my order up rather than have it delivered?
You can certainly pick your order up if you live in or around the Sydney area. Our warehouse is located at Miranda ( a Sydney suburb close to Cronulla). Please contact us by eBay message ('Ask The Seller A Question'), or by phone on 02 95246188, before submitting your order.    
  • I don't live in Australia. If I place an order, who pays my country's taxes and duties if they are applied?

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility

Import charges and duties do not apply to items up to the value of $1,000, purchased by customers located within the USA.
  • Do you send deliveries to Post Office Boxes or to an APO Address?
We do send deliveries to Post Office Boxes within Australia. However for deliveries outside Australia, our shipping partners will not deliver to PO Boxes or APO Addresses.
  • I want a boot that's one of the brands you sell but I can't find that style in your listings. Can you get that style in for me?
Some of our supplying manufacturers carry extensive ranges of footwear for specialist industries, so we don't always stock their complete range. However we will happily source and quote a competitive price for boots & styles which aren't in our listed range.   • How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Deliveries within Australia generally take between 2 and 4 working days from time of despatch, however deliveries to West Australia can take an extra day or two. For International postage our shipping partner for deliveries outside of Australia, 'Australia Post Express Courier International', aims to have deliveries completed within 7 to 10 working days. These parameters are generally met, however please allow one or two extra days before making inquiries about deliveries. 
  • Do your deliveries have 'tracking numbers'?
Yes they do. Tracking numbers are uploaded to eBay upon dispatch. You can find the number by going to your order details located in your 'My eBay Page'.
  • Do you offer discounts for multiple buys?
We are happy to offer discounts for orders of more than 5 pairs of boots at the one time. Contact us through the eBay message system or by phone on 02 95246188 before placing your order.
  • What is the best way to pay for my purchase?
Our preferred method of payment is by Paypal. It is the simplest, safest and fastest method. For payment by Credit Card or Direct Bank Deposit, please contact us by eBay Message ('Ask Seller A Question'), or by phone on 02 95246188, before placing your order.
  • Do you accept returns?
Yes we do! Please read our Refunds & Exchange Policy for the full details.
  • If I need to exchange my boots because I bought the wrong size, or because I want a different style or brand, what do I do?
Firstly, you must contact us within 30 days of the date of purchase, through the eBay Message System. We will respond to you with an answering email which will include with it a 'Numbered Returns Form'. All the details you need to know and the information you need to provide us with, is detailed on the form. Please read our Refunds & Exchange Policy for all other relevant information about returning items for exchange.
  • If I need to return my boots for a refund because I've changed my mind and no longer want them, what do I do?
Firstly, you must contact us within 30 days of the date of purchase, through the eBay Message System. We will respond to you with an answering email which will include with it a 'Numbered Returns Form'. All the details you need to know and the information you need to provide us with, is detailed on the form. Please read our Refunds & Exchange Policy for all other relevant information about returning items for refund.
  • What if my boots appear to be faulty?
Firstly, you must contact us through the eBay Message System, as soon as the fault is noticed. We will respond to you with an answering email which will include with it a 'Numbered Returns Form'. All the details you need to know and the information you need to provide us with, is detailed on the form.
