Yes, a tax invoice will be sent with your item once payment has been confirmed and your item has been dispatched.

Do you combine shipping on multiple items?
Most of our items are FREE shipping, however heavy or bulking items that do have postage costs associated with them will be combined when more than one of these items is purchased.
What happens if something I ordered is out of stock?
In the unlikely event that the item you order is sold out or currently out of stock, we will notify immediately. You will then have the option of choosing an alternative item, waiting for the item to be back in stock or receiving a refund for the cost of the unavailable item.
How can I cancel my order?
Please send us an eBay message requesting a cancellation of your order and we'll respond within 24-48 hrs.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Credit Card, Bank Deposit/Internet Transfer, and Money Order. You can even make credit card payments via PayPal without having PayPal account.
Sorry, we do not accept cash on delivery or cash on pick up. Immediate payments are required to guarantee that your order can be fulfilled.

Can I pick up my items & pay cash?
Unfortunately due to health and safety regulations you cannot pick items up from our warehouse. Therefore, we do not accept cash as a payment method.
What shipping options do you offer?
Most items in our store come with FREE express shipping however, please note that we use Fastway Couriers and express shipping is not available in some rural areas.
How will my items be shipped?
We carefully pack your items to ensure they arrive safely and we use Fastway Couriers, Australia Post standard parcel and Express shipping options to get your items to you as quickly as possible.
Do you ship to destinations outside of Australia?
Not at present, shipping is only within Australia.
How often do you ship orders?
We pack and ship orders daily, Monday - Friday (except on public holidays)
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery time will vary depending on the delivery option you choose. We use Fastway Couriers as they offer cost - effective parcel deliveries with automatic cover as well as providing an online track and trace system. So it's easy to keep track of your delivery with added peace of mind. Fastway Couriers guarantee delivery to any Capital City within 3 - 5 working day if you live in Western Australia or in rural areas of Australia where a Fastway Depot is not available please allow 7 - 10 working day. (May be longer during busy periods of the year (i.e Christmas, New Years and holiday periods)
How do I track my items?
Once your item has been dispatched from our warehouse, you'll receive a notification email with estimated date of delivery, plus a unique tracking number. Fastway Couriers carry the latest handheld technology, so it's easy to keep track of your items online with the parcel tracking system. Can I change the delivery address?
As soon as the items have been paid for, your order is sent to our warehouse for dispatch however, if you realise straight after you've checked out that your address was incorrect and you contact us immediately via eBay email, we may be able to intercept the order and change the shipping details for you before they are sent. By doing this though you forfeit eBay buyer protection and there are no guarantees that we'll be able to change your address in time, so please double check your shipping address before you checkout.
Can I give a P.O Box as a delivery address?
No, we use Fastway Couriers who provide a low cost, reliable national courier distribution service across Australia with full tracking and signature on delivery for your added peace of mind.
What if I'm not home when my item is delivered?
If you are not home to sign for your parcel, a calling card will be left in your letter box notifying you that the item has been taken to your local Fastway Courier Depot, you will have to contact them directly to arrange a suitable time for redelivery (No Extra Charges) if your item is out of Fastway Couriers delivery zones your item with be handed over to your local Australia Post outlet for delivery.
What do I do if I have not yet received my items?
First, we suggest you try to track your item online using the tracking number provided in eBay. Sometimes things can just take a little longer than expected and it's easy to see where your parcel is at any time using the online tracking tool. Do you accept returns?
For your peace of mind, we offer flexible, hassle free returns. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within the first 30 days of receiving it (conditions apply) Please read our Returns Policy.
What is your Returns Policy?
Returns are only accepted if the product is returned unopened, sealed with all original packaging and in pristine condition within 30 days.
Returned items that have been misused, opened or damaged due to neglect do not qualify for a refund or replacement
Any item that has been returned to us for a refund MUST be in sale-able condition, with packaging still attached, unused and in original packaging. If not, refund may be void.
The Boss in Tools has the right to assess the condition of returned goods prior to offering a refund or exchange. Unless the goods are deemed to have a genuine manufacturer's fault, exchanges and refunds may not be provided.
The customer is responsible for all postage costs on returns / exchanges.
Any item returned that was originally 'FREE shipping' will have a $10 shipping cost deducted from the refund eBay & PayPal seller fees of 11% will also be deducted.
Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from date of purchase.

Are my items covered by warranty?
Yes, The Boss in Tools offers a 12 month warranty on all products used for private household use from the date of purchase. In line with most major tool brands, the use of products for commercial purposes qualifies the purchaser to a 3 month warranty period.
What is your Warranty Policy?
This warranty covers material and workmanship defects only.
In order for the warranty to be acted on, the consumer must use the products strictly in accordance with their operating manual and for the purpose for which they are intended to be used. This warranty does not apply to defects arising from abuse, alteration, unauthorised or unreasonable use, nor does it cover general deterioration due to usage.
The Boss in Tools will replace the product or provide a refund to the value of the purchase price if a defect is found in the product during the warranty period of 12 months for private household use and 3 month for commercial use, subject to verification of the defect and the date, proof of purchase and purchase price. In order for the warranty to be claimed, the defective goods must be returned to The Boss in Tools promptly from the point in time that the consumer becomes aware of the defect in the goods and in any case within 7 business day.
Can I return my item under warranty?
