7/10 The good: fast shipping, item was exactly as described and was securely packed in thick cardboard. Seller also answered my messages within 24 hours. They also have an online chat service for more urgent queries. The bad: for some reason I got a confirmation from ebay saying the goods were already delivered within 24 hours of payment, which was not correct. Aust Post also told me the seller did not include the street number on my parcel but it was later updated by the seller or Aust Post.

It was hard to follow the package since the shipping company gives too few status information. Arrived two days after target. Beside that, seller was real quick to respond questions, more than fair price, shipping cost were good, condition and package were perfect. Seller went beyond expected as a after sail service when questioned about transit status. Would I buy again from The_Nile ? Absolutely!!! very very happy!!! Thanks again!
