The product is exactly as described. The seat fits perfectly as a replacement on our 12” pedal glide balance bike and would fit any brand of 12” bike. I had a very delayed shipment, the item got stuck in transit somewhere (not the fault of the seller) but the customer service I received was fantastic. A new product was shipped immediately to me, and the communication was very fast. So I am giving 5 stars for postage time regardless of how long I waited. Would definitely recommend this store.

Amazing product! The parcel arrived on time, it was a bit long though. Wonderful service and smooth transaction. I got exactly what I was looking for. However, the wand arrived bent sadly. I tried to bend it back to straight but the bottom part was snapped and it does not stay straight. It is disappointing and unfortunate, otherwise the other items in the set were fine.
