• Toys Paradise offers FAST EXPRESS DISPATCH within Australia.
• Our parcels are shipped with Australia Post eParcel service or Fastway Couriers.
• All orders are provided with tracking numbers & require signature for authorization.
• All orders are despatched within 1-3 working days of the order being placed and the payment been cleared.
• Orders within Australia can be expected approximately 1-3 working days after the order is dispatched (excluding large bulky items*).
• In most cases, delivery can be expected the day after dispatch.
• For larger items delivery may be via normal Australia Post mail due to size restrictions on Australia Post E-Parcel Express Service.
• Unless stated FREE, orders have a flat shipping charge of $8.75 within Australia.
• For items eligible for worldwide shipping are sent via regular Air Mail & can take approximately a minimum of 10 working days after the order is dispatched.

Same Day Evening Deliveries Within Sydney

• Enjoy the convenience of $14 flat rate Twilight deliveries to your doorstep
• Toys Paradise has partnered with WantItNow to offer our Sydney customers an evening delivery option direct to your door.
• Select the Twilight Delivery Option in the shipping method for any orders placed before 2.30pm Monday to Friday, and delivery will take place between 5.30pm and 9.30pm that night, for a flat rate of $14.
• For orders placed after 2:30pm, delivery will take place the business next day.
• This service is available only for deliveries within metropolitan Sydney NSW, at this time.
• Only Twilight Courier Toys category toys are eligible for this service.

Twilight Courier Service T&C:

• The availability of the WantItNow Twilight Delivery option depends on your location and is currently limited to Sydney Metropolitan.
• The price of this service is $14 and will be presented at checkout
• Orders must be placed between midnight and 2.30pm Monday to Friday
• Delivery will take place between 5.30-9.30pm that evening to the delivery address nominated
• You will receive an SMS and email once your order has been dispatched, and again when the driver is 20 minutes away.
• Deliveries can be tracked down to the minute, using the 'WantItNow' website link http://www.mywin.com.au/ or via the mobile app available here
• The driver will require a signature upon delivery.
• If there is no one home when the driver attempts delivery, they will make contact via the mobile number provided and with your permission can either leave your parcel somewhere safe (as nominated by you), deliver to an alternate address or redeliver at another time.
• This $14 flat rate is applicable to orders up to 26kg and approximately the size of 2 archive boxes. Large orders may attract a double delivery charge.
• Sydney metro delivery only available in the following suburbs: 2000-2081, 2084-2156, 2158, 2160-2234, 2555-2560, 2564-2567, 2570, 2745-2751, 2756-2759, 2768-2770
