Items must be returned within 14 days after the buyer receives it. Refunds will be given as exchange, money back or replacement depending on the circumstances. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

Any warranties listed, are Manufacturers Warranties, and goods will need to be returned to us for inspection of fault prior to replacement/refund.
Items for exchange/refund are to be returned to us in their original packaging and in an unused condition.
Return postage costs are at the expense of the buyer.
Postage fees on original purchase will not be refunded if the buyer has simply changed their mind.
There will be a handling fee applied to all "Free Postage" items being returned, at the discretion of the seller, which will be advised via email when asking about returning a product for a refund.
