Warehouse Loations

We have two warehouses, one in Dural NSW 2158 within Sydney Metro, the other in Guangzhou China. Item locations for all products are matched to these two warehouses so you will know where it will be shipped to you.

Australia Domestic Shipping

We ship same business day for orders paid before 2PM. A tracking number will be available on request if the shipping service you paid includes tracking.

 

Guangzhou China Shipping
We use EMS express by default unless EMS does not delivery to your area, or other options such as DHL/UPS might be faster and cheaper.

We will send you tracking number after your parcels have been dispatched.

What to Expect with Different International Couriers:

EMS:

5 Working Days to Australia,New Zealand, Japan and other South Asian Countires.
7-12 Working Days to European and North Amercian Countries (Italy and Belguim may take more than 14 Days)

EMS will make only ONE attempt to deliver. If not successful, a pickup notice will be left to your mailbox for you to pick it up from Local Post Office.

EMS will NOT CALL before they deliver.

Some European Countries Post Office may return the items back to China after ONLY 3 days from the unsuccessful attampt, and they MAY NOT CALL YOU.

When to Act:
1, After 4 days of you received this message, Please track online to see if it shows: DESPATCHED FROM SORTING CENTER, which means it has been put on cargo plane. There are three Portal for EMS in China. Guangzhou, Shanghai, and Beijing. EMS may exit from any one of them.  

2, The Next Update of Online tracking will be available approx. 3-5 Days later, when the item lands and is processed by your local Post, who will hand it over to custom for clearance.

3, Custom should release it same day, and please expect them in the same or next day. Call Local Post Customer Service if it doesn't turn up in 2 days after custom release.

They will return item back to China, with maximum 2 unsuccessful attemps to deliver.
