All Payments are due within 5 working days. Over the past 12 months we have had far too many lost parcels and all have been when buyers have opted or post without tracking as it is much cheaper, this has left us with not lost in money but bad feedback and lost in return sales, so we have now changed all postage to registered only as the basic post service.
