Our most important task is to ensure your absolute satisfaction. We will always strive to reach that target. However, we acknowledge that on occasion, things can go wrong. If you are not wholly satisfied with the Product, please tell us at the earliest opportunity and we will endeavour to assist with an exchange or store credit where possible.
You may cancel your order at any time before we despatch your order. If you cancel before we have sent the Goods, we will gladly refund to you the price of the Goods and the cost of delivery, if any. If you cancel after we have despatched the Goods, we ask that you pay for the return of the items to our warehouse. Once received, we will conduct an inspection on the goods, and providing they are unaltered, non perishable and shrink wrapped or sealed, we will refund the price of the goods.
As you are responsible for the cost of returning them, you may elect to use a suitable carrier who can deliver to our Brisbane warehouse location. To assist us in identifying your Goods on receipt by us, we ask you to telephone 1300 VIDEOPRO (1300 843 367) or email email@example.com for a returns reference to be placed below the address / returns label.

At Videopro, we pride ourselves on customer service. If you feel that the product you have received is not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the products on 1300VIDEOPRO and our customer service team will do everything possible to ensure your satisfaction with the item.
All of our products come with full warranty coverage, sealed and brand new. We do not sell used, refurbished, demonstration models. (On occasion we will clear such items, however we will disclose this in the listings and confirm with you prior to despatch).

This product is not Australian stock. The item will be shipped directly to you from our overseas supplier, enabling us to provide you with the best possible price.
Where applicable, import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipment charges. If your order value is over $1000, you will need to pay import taxes when the product enters the country. This is not covered by Videopro.
All ‘Direct’ products sold by Videopro_online will come with a full 12 month warranty. If you experience a technical fault with your product, simply contact us on 1300VIDEOPRO and our customer service team will happily assist with the warranty process.
If our customer service team deem the product faulty, they will ask you to post the item back to our Brisbane office (at your cost) for the full inspection and repair of the unit.
Occasionally, we will need to send the item overseas for repair, this will be at no cost to you however delays will be experienced.
