Arrived on time wasn’t packed too well so one of the clips on the side was broken so I messaged the company and they said they give me 50% refund. I don’t bank online so I don’t know if I have my 50% back, but I will say next month when I get my statement apart from that thank you 🙏

Very poor quality
Not fit for purpose really as plastic tap heads on questionable tap bodies.
The description says alloy and yet the box says stainless steel. I’d say they were a very soft alloy
Refunded after the usual back and forth of being offered a refund of 30% , then 50%, until finally received a full refund.
Also I must add that despite them stating they ship from the UK, they will not supply a return postage label, only an address in China!!!
